Vietnam Investment Group (VIG) is looking for talents to join our Portfolio Company - Vietnam Food (VNF)

Vietnam Food (VNF) is the pioneer and leader in Vietnam in sustainably valorizing the shrimp by-products. Since 2014, VNF has successfully developed a unique biotechnological production model with a Zero-Waste production mindset.

As a result, VNF has been able to valorize underexploited shrimp co-products into active ingredients, applicable for Food, Petfood, Feed, Agriculture and different industries (Wastewater treatment, Bioplastics, Pulp & Paper, etc.). With that, VNF is contributing to the circular economy vision and enabling the sustainable development of the shrimp industry.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

- Market Intelligence: Update market trends/changes, scan relevant industries & stakeholders to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
- Sales & Business Development: Develop and coordinate new businesses, product positioning, proposals and presentations for potential customers in global market.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing activities and documents.
- Other ad-hoc tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report, pitching, etc.)

II.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

A. EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities, preferably majoring in Food technology.

- Experience in Food industry, with understanding/knowledge of Savory food (Instant noodles, snacks, spices, sauce, ...) will be an advantage.


B. SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
- Hard skills & Soft skills:

  • Fluency in English speaking and writing is a must (IELTS at least 6.5, or TOEFL 80)
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Logical/critical thinking & Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask & work under pressure

- Attitude:

  • High responsibility and self-contain
  • Active listening, proactive, and self-reflection

- Frequent international & domestic travel might be required
