Description de l’emploi

  • Handle daily enquiries from Taiwan agents/land operators, Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Bilingual in English/Vietnamese to manage TA contract issues.
  • Coordinate fam trips/site inspections and tour guide programs, including payment transactions.
  • Handle HPR pre-enroll arrangements (internal & external).
  • Report monthly tourist figures from Danang & Quangnam tourism offices.
  • Manage events related to golf tournaments with agents and travel agent groups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to manage paperwork.
  • Provide weekend support for events if required.
  • Develop tour guide incentive programs and explore new markets.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese as well as English and Vietnamese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in managing events and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Knowledge of the tourism industry in Vietnam is preferred.
