Description de l’emploi

Calculate, post, and verify information for accounts payable processing. Review GL coding and work with departmental representatives to accurately code invoices and accumulate monthly accruals.
Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Accounts Payable department. Develops, implements, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance.
Ensure the accurate and timely payment of all property accounts payable.
Execute the AP month-end closing each month.
Reconcile assigned AP-related general ledger accounts on monthly basis.
Process and record pre-paid expenses and accruals. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations as necessary.
Schedule, coach, monitor, motivate, and develop employees to effectively meet business needs.
Maintain an open line of communication with managers.
Prepare executive presentations for senior management

Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field; or two or more years of experience in Accounts Payable; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Leadership experience required.
Must have working knowledge and experience with an Accounts Payable department.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines
Detail-oriented
Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong analytical skills and able to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
