Seko is a joint venture of ITL. We are looking for Route Development Manager:

Put in place a Trade Lane structure between Vietnam and Asian countries (Japan / China / Taiwan / HK / Korea but not limited to) routes.
Build Business development strategy based on company business strategy and expand the business scale with clients, seek new business in the logistics industry to contribute to total revenue budget
Use SEKO’s network to develop routed business and develop locally in VN market
Research Market, make sales plan, use marketing tools, and manage tender progress & result
Conduct visits and calls customers on a regular basis, seeks customer demand, and listens to customer opinions and requests.
Propose an efficient logistics solution/proposal that meets the needs of the customer
Manage costs - Negotiate with concerned parties and get more competitive rate
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the process and meet operational profit and growth targets.
Follow up on invoicing and billing with the customers and manage payment terms.
Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met and conduct business analysis.

Ability to read, write and speak English, Vietnamese, and Chinese Mandarin.
Background in Freight Forwarding/Shipping and Logistics (5 years +)
Bachelorsdegree in relevant discipline
In-depth knowledge of logisticsindustry products and services
Experience in Air, Ocean & Road freight sales preferred
Good knowledge of Intra Asian markets preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Commercially minded
IT literate including CRM Salesforce, Microsoft Office pack and ideally Cargo Wise
