Mô tả công việc

- Manage the development and implementation of companywide internal performance management systems (SAP SF) with support and guidance to all departments;

- Monitor continuous performance management process at to support people managers in their team/work management responsibilities;

- Support to define the competencies and skills required for each role in the organization along with individual performance mapping;

= Design and implement PMS analytics and reports, proposing solutions to address performance issues;

- Design and implement a feedback and survey system, organization levels for assessment and development purposes;

- Support to design and use of diagnostic tools at individual and organization levelsto identify gaps and risks in their performance effectiveness and sustainability;

- Coordinate with other HR functions when implementing HR projects: Organization culture (OC)/ SOW/ Career Path/ Job Leveling Framework/ HR Policies, etc.

- Participate in continuous processes designed to develop knowledge, skills, capabilities of individuals, teams and organizationsto deliver organizational strategy, plans and objectives;

- Support the implementation of Talent Reviews, action planning, and succession plans

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field;

- 2 - 3 years of experience in the HR field at all functions;

- Good at multi-tasking, collaborating, and connecting with people;

- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English;

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills;

- Proactive learner, logical thinking skills;

- Tech-savvy/ Proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus
