We are looking for ambitious and energetic executives to help us expand our Living Science Business in the Home and Personal Care market.

Responsibilities

- New market development for Home&Personal Care Industries.

- Accountable for identifying sales leads and prospects of Home&Personal Care Industries.

- Field market research in Vietnam.

- To meet the goals and KPIs set by the management, with strategic planning.

- Initiate cold-calling and prepare sales materials, and creatively plan and execute sales activities.

- Provide valuable technical service and advice to customers.

- Sales planning and ability to recognize customers needs and requirements, and to increase the platform by expanding customer and product base.

- Analyze the market situation, competition, and customer buying trends.

- Ensure timely response to internal/external customers inquiries, feedback, and comments.

- Manage reports in sales, development, and forecast.

- Manage collection and customer accounts.

- Stock planning with the supply chain in inventory management.

Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with customers and business partners

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in related care, and care-related industries.

- Min degree holder in Chemistry or Bio-Science with a good GPA.

- Proficient in ENGLISH.

- Good sales and marketing skills are required.

- Dedicated team player with self-motivation, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.

- Ability to analyze, make decisions and take appropriate actions for better results.

- Proactive in learning and contributing to organizational goals
