Responsibilities

Adapt and innovate research practices including quantitative and qualitative user research projects to meet the team’s needs under time pressure
Love people and take on the role of a sub moderator in userinterview sessions
Identifying and defining new opportunities for process improvement.
Consulting the potential feature that makes the product truly relevant, useful for user
Conduct secondary research on the market and competitors.
Tasks include participating in building questionnaires for the survey and analyzing the resulting data.
Manage the teams data warehouse, organize and categorize insights into one system
Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect the business vision with our Human Centered Design thinking and strategy that facilitates delightful user experiences.

Requirement

1-2 years or more in UX research or any other research experience.
Have an overview of the whole flow when researching, not just each assigned task
Patient, good listener, emotionally stable when working directly with users
Experience with survey tools (Survey Monkey, Google Form, Typeform...) and data analyzing tools (Excel, SPSS,…)
Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
Having a progressive attitude, being eager to learn, and being strict with the quality of your output are important qualities to have.
A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
