International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of is a global leader in non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) services and freight consolidation.

Job Summary:

As this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting the companys comprehensive logistics solutions. The ideal candidate will requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong communication, negotiation, and a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to new customers to introduce the companys FCL services.

- Foster relationships with existing customers.

- Identify stable customers suitable for Ecu Worldwide.

- Prepare quotations based on customer requests with support from the customer service department.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers.

- Monitor shipments from warehouse to final destination according to customers requirements. For import shipments, verify B/L and submit final documents to the Import Team prior to ETA.

- Provide the Operations Department with Work Orders for shipments within one day of ETD/ETA. Support the Accounting Department in meeting customer requests and monitor customer payments.

- Update the HR calendar in Outlook to track the schedule.

- Generate weekly sales reports and other required reports for the Country Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Country Manager.

- Build and expand the customer network to achieve monthly volume and profit targets.

- Gather market information and provide feedback to the Country Sales Manager and Sales Supervisor.

- Consult with customers regarding their shipments and company services.

- Communicate and share sales leads with overseas offices.

- Handle final overseas costs for EXW/DDU/DDP shipments with overseas agents.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Country Sales Manager, Branch Manager, or Country Manager.

Requerimiento de trabajo

- Bachelors degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, or Maritime University.

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of sales experience in Shipping/Forwarding/Logistics.

- Good relationships with shipping lines/carriers.

- Ability to source FCL cargos.

- Team player with the ability to work independently.

- Proficient in spoken and written English.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Sales-oriented and driven by achieving targets.

- Proactive, persuasive, and proactive.
