Description de l’emploi

  • Planning on customer investment and trading term planning for key account customers.
  • Building category growth plan for the whole channel to secure effective delivery of Business KPIs: volume/value growth, market share, forecast accuracy, and fundamentals.
  • Establish, create, and develop new business cooperation with potential customers in Modern Trade Channel.
  • Work with other functions on related plans (listing, promotion, big campaign, activation, visibility, training) to win customers/consumers.
  • Review and report business results by accounts/stores to come up with an action plan to deliver positive growth.
  • Working internally with multiple functions to get alignment & execution on monthly, and quarterly, yearly activities.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Exigences de l’emploi

  • At least 2years of related experience key account managemenet MT channel
  • A seasoned professional with working experience in multi-national FMCG companies. Experiences in relationship with Pharmacy, Health & Beauty
  • Able to communicate and influence people ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and still produce results.
  • Ability to be proactive and plan and follow through.
  • Good communication in English in both written and verbal
