I. Job Summary:

• The job holder is to attain everyday sales target and surpass expectations of customers and acting proactively in building, maintaining the long-term relationship with Car Showrooms/Car Dealers.

• The role is responsible for seeking possible opportunities to promote and cross sales other products such as: personal loan, insurance….

II. Key Accountabilities:

1.Build and maintain relationships with Car Dealers and Clients:

· Take care activities and business partners to maintain the existing customer base.

· Expand the client and partner network for business.

2.Ensure completion of assigned quarterly and monthly business targets

· Consulting on products and services of Auto Loan.

· Combine cross-consultation with other products of the company.

3.Carry out the process to get the appropriate approval levels.

· Directly evaluate clients, suggest approval in accordance with the procedure

· Create credit paperwork, guide the client in preparing the loan documents, and submit them in accordance with the companys rules.

4.Follow the activities after disbursement:

· Work with other departments after the customer is disbursed to check.

· Follow up with client to achieve a safe credit growth rate.

5.Activities assigned by Line Manager:

· Achieve client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Line Manager.

· Perform other task asks as directed by the line manager or regional business manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

1.Qualification

· University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major

2. Work Experience

· At least 2 years of Auto loan experience or Car Dealer experience

3. Knowledge

· Financial service, banking or Car Showroom knowledge preferred

· Sales management activities, Sales execution

· Language: English Upper-intermediate

· Practical working experience in sales.

4. Skills

· Interpersonal Communication skill, Teamwork spirit motivation skill

· MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of CRM
