仕事内容

To identify new sales opportunities and new customers whose profile match the strategy defined by Head of Front Office.
To achieve the number of prospect visits and client visits as defined by Head of Front Office, to generate sales volumes, revenues.
To complete the committed budget by developing business with the identified targets.
To conduct sales calls and customers’ visit.
To create competitive offers to prospects with the support of Sales Support.
To maintain CRM accurate constantly: customer information, pipeline, activity.
To protect the company’s benefit by strictly complying all policies, regulations.
To cooperate with other related departments/ divisions during performing the assigned job.
To study the market inclusive, but not limit of competitors, carriers, manufacturers to be updated market trends, fluctuation, changes.
To obtain sales leads and coordinate with overseas agents to gain new business.
To complete the assigned job when required.
To provide weekly report to Head of Field Sales under agreed template.
To report to direct manager or higher levels when required.
To complete the assigned job when required.

University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable.
Vietnamese mother tongue with strong command of English language.
At least 5 years of working experience in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding.
Strong organizational skills, self-starter and self-motivated.
MS office high skills.
Good in communication and negotiation.
Able to work independently or in group under high pressure.
