Netlink - part of Yeah1 Groups ecosystem - is one of the leading technology companies in the movement to make digital advertising more professional in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a publisher acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives and goals.

  • Identify and prospect potential publishers through various channels, including online research, networking events and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers.

  • Negotiate and close deals with new publishers.

  • Collaborate with the Publisher Account Management team to onboard and support new publishers, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance to maximize their revenue potential.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market insights to identify new opportunities and strategies for publisher growth.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets for publisher acquisition.

  • Represent Netlink at industry events to promote our brand and identify potential partnerships.

작업 요구 사항

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the publisher ecosystem.

  • Experience working with publishers or digital media companies is a plus.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding publisher acquisition targets.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Fluency in English.
