Sika Vietnam is open a very fantastic job opportunity for FEMALE FRESH ENGINEERSfor SPECIFICATION ENGINEERposition in South & North. This position will report to Specification Supervisor and base at

  • South: Sika HCMC Office (60 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, District 1, HCMC)
  • North: Sika Ha Noi Office (Peakview Tower, No.36 Hoang Cau Street, O Cho Dua Ward, Dong Da District, Ha Noi)

​ROLE PURPOSE
Specification Engineer is responsible to provide customers, consultants, designers and owners with full and clear Sika products and solutions for their projects to get specified on the design documents.

FUNCTION
Building Systems (Flooring, Waterproofing, Roofing, Sealing & Bonding, Refurbishment, Building Finishing)

DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DETAILS

  • 2-month Orientation programs across functions (HR, IT, QEHS, Sales, Technical, Operations, Marketing & Target Market)
  • Rotations to different Target Market for product technology understanding
  • In-depth trainings and coaching by Specification Supervisor for customer, market and competitor understanding
  • 6-month rotation to Sales to get to know the selling process and meeting customers

ON BOARDING DATE
Selected candidates are expected to join in April or October 2023 or depending on candidates availability.

  • Female fresh Engineers graduated in 2022 or 2023 from Architecture/Construction/Civil Engineering/Building Materials/Chemicals
  • Passionate for a long term and advanced career in Construction
  • Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Dynamic, proactive and quick learning
