Descripción del trabajo

  • Handle complaints from customers;
  • Join Contact center projects, Customer care projects;
  • Call/contact center – design and implement customer service processes, guidelines and scripts, all inbound and outbound customer interactions;
  • Implement customer engagement strategy designed and developed in collaboration with CXPL and Marketing;
  • Implement customer care programs including but not limit to coordinating with sales, service providers to make sure care activities for different events of customers are handled properly with high standard as approved;
  • Support CSPA manager in training, coaching for call center staff
  • Do other tasks as assigned.

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Good communication skill, fluent, clear voice.
  • Good Customer persuasion skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of life insurance is preferred.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience (in customer service, call center, complaint handling, supervision).
  • Bachelordegree in economics, finance or equivalent.
  • Basic English reqired.
  • LOMA certificate is preferred.
